| Text: | Oriont is brilliant: I get answers to all emails quickly. Pick up at Air Port and warm welcome on 15th of Nov. 2011. Breakfast buffet in front of room with amazing view.. Generous package for a day trip. Elephant washing and ride, Backwater etc. Manager Mother Leela and son Georg offer excellent service for moderately price.

| Text: | Dear George and Leelamma, I am longing to come back to Orion – for the fourth time. I really love this place! I can sit for hours just looking out on the beautiful ocean – and still have full control what is going on at the beach promenade! I met the "drunken manager" once. Drunk and happy! Actually, he was a nice guy, but no manager talent. I met him one year ago, too. I really recommend ORION!!

I stayed in your hotel, initially for 3 weeks , and then for another 10 days as i could not get a flight back due to the volcanic ash cloud. | Text: | My friend and I spent several days it this hotel last year and we were treated very well. The rooms were clean and well kept, everyone was nice. I was sorry to hear about the misconduct from new staff and glad they are gone. Lighthouse beach is a wonderful place to spend time, and I know I will be back again.

| Text: | Hotel manager and staff are liar. Breakfast and lunch items printed in menu are different that they include in our bill. They do not provide even drinking water. They used to do misbehave when you leave the hotel. When you leave the hotel, they will ask you to give additional money to carry your lauggage. The hotel manager is drunker. Everyday he is drinking alchohol inside the hotel. During night timings he talked with hotel guests in very bad manner. There is nothing like hospitality. Very bad people are managing the orion hotel. Don't stay there with family. Comment:
